How To Cook Rye Rush Cake With Honey, Cream And Strawberries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups crushed rye rusks
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or fresh strawberries, crushed with sugar
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Mix honey, sugar and melted butter thoroughly in a bowl and then add the crushed rusks and flour.

Mix all the products well, you will get a thick mass, which you distribute evenly in a greased form, sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Apply the beaten eggs on the surface and bake the dessert for 15-20 degrees at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Mix the strawberry jam (or fresh strawberries pureed with sugar) with the sour cream.

Spread this cream on the prepared loaf, decorate with strawberry pieces and have fun!
