Required products :

4 slices of rye bread

100 grams of cottage cheese with medium fat

1 tablespoon sour cream

1/2 red pepper

4 pieces of ham or lean sausage of your choice

dill

4 lettuce leaves

1 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon soft mustard

pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Toast the bread in a toaster, grill or dry pan. Cut the pepper into very thin strips, chop the dill. Mix cottage cheese and cream, dill, cumin, mustard, add a little salt. Spread the resulting slices on the warm slices, put a piece of pepper, sausage on top, then lettuce and close the sandwich with the other slice.

Serve with green tea and kiwi.
