Required products :
3 tablespoons sour cream
50 grams of parmesan
5 tablespoons natural yogurt
2-3 anchovy fillets
2-3 teaspoon wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate the parmesan, mash the garlic and grind with the fillet.
Then mix the cream with parmesan and yogurt, add the garlic fish, pour the vinegar and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste (remember that the cheese and anchovies are salty).
The sauce is ready. It is suitable not only for salads but also for pasta.
