Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of boiled beef
  • lettuce leaves
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of hard cheese

for the sauce:

  • 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • parsley
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the beef, cool it and cut it into cubes. Pour it on the bottom of the salad bowl and put chopped lettuce leaves on it. Boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut and place as the next layer. Then grate the cheese in bulk.

To prepare the sauce, puree the curd, adding the oil, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. It should be liquid enough to reach all layers of the salad. 

Both the salad and the sauce are ready. You can serve.
