Required products :

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • lettuce leaves
  • red and black pepper, salt
  • diced tomatoes
  • 5-6 small fresh potatoes
  • green onions and dill
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, rub the fish with red, black pepper and salt. Crush one clove of garlic with a knife and fry in olive oil until the characteristic aroma begins to separate, and remove from the fat.

Put the salmon in the same dish and fry on both sides until golden brown. Then chop it into pieces with a fork and add the second clove of garlic, which you have previously mashed. Add some dill.

Stir and fry until the fillet is ready.

Cover the bottom of a suitable plate with shredded lettuce leaves and place the tomatoes on top. Arrange the potatoes on the edges of the dish and season with salt and pepper.

Put the fish on the vegetables, sprinkle generously with the remaining chopped dill and the salad is ready.

You can season with vinaigrette sauce, olive oil and lemon juice, and why not with sour cream.

Have a good time!
