How To Cook Salad Of Fried Cucumbers With Garlic And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

4-5 fresh cucumbers (choose a variety with a few seeds)
1-2 tablespoons salt
3-4 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices (you can use more if desired)
3-4 tablespoons sesame oil
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Cut the cucumbers into thin circles (3 millimeters), making sure that their thickness is as uniform as possible. Put them in a suitable container and sprinkle with salt. All pieces must be covered with it.
Leave to stand for 30 minutes (this way you can store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days).

Then wash the cucumbers under cold running water and squeeze the liquid with your hands.

Heat the sesame oil and pour in the green circles together with the chopped garlic. Let fry for 1-2 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with seeds and you can serve the unusual salad.
