Learn how to cook "Salad of fried zucchini with corn and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 teaspoons milk corn kernels
1 finely chopped onion
1 hot pepper without seeds (chopped)
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 small zucchini (about 2 teaspoons), cut into cubes with a side of about 1.3 cm
1 small bunch green spices of your choice (parsley, dill, basil)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
grated yellow cheese to taste
Method of preparation :
Heat half the fat on a medium heat and pour the corn kernels into it. 1-2 minutes later stir, fry for another 2 minutes, stirring again - cook this way for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped onion and hot pepper, a minute later the garlic, and another minute later transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Clean the pan, dry it or use another unused one and put it on high heat. Let it heat up a lot, pour in the remaining oil and add the diced zucchini. Let it fry for 2 minutes, stir and after that pour into the pan with the corn.
Sprinkle the salad with green spices, season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper.
Serve immediately with grated yellow cheese (optional)
