How To Cook Salad Of Fried Zucchini With Tomatoes, Carrots And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salad of fried zucchini with tomatoes, carrots and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 zucchini
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream (or use mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 50 milliliters of oil
  • garlic and salt
  • lettuce leaves to serve

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into circles (the thickness is optional, depending on whether you prefer them to be crispy or juicy), put in a bowl, add salt and stir.

Then roll in flour and fry on both sides in oil for about 2 minutes each. Remove the finished ones on paper to drain the fat they have absorbed.

Grate the carrots, season the cream with salt, chopped or mashed garlic and black pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into circles, doing so just before serving the salad, because they will release juice if left sliced.

Put lettuce leaves in a plate and spread the vegetables on them: a row of zucchini, followed by grated carrots, sauce, tomato slices.

Garnish with green spices of your choice.

Enjoy your meal!
