Wash the beans and cut them into slices about 5-6 inches each. Put in a saucepan, cover with water and wait for it to boil, cut for 8-10 minutes and immediately take it out and transfer to ice water, this way you will keep the pleasant green color of the plant.
Drain and dry.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic and mustard powder, paprika.
Season the beans with this dressing by pouring a thin stream of sauce. Add the red onion to the salad and stir.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Just before serving, add the halved cherry tomatoes and the shredded cheese.
