Wash the spinach, dry the leaves, cut them into wide strips. Peel the carrots, cut them into thin circles, and the green bean pods - cut in half.
Pour the carrots in boiling water, two minutes later add the beans and then rinse the vegetables with cold water.
Once the liquid is drained, mix them with the spinach leaves, add the chopped tomatoes.
Peel the garlic and beat together with the soy sauce, honey, orange juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and season the salad with this dressing.
Stir and serve.
