Required products :

  • 150 grams of ham
  • 100 grams of parmesan
  • 150 grams of mushrooms (white or mushrooms)
  • 3 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise (3 tablespoons) optional
  • salt to taste
  • cucumbers for decoration


Method of preparation :

Peel the eggs, cut them into small cubes. Cut the ham in the same way, then mix the two products in a deep bowl. Add the grated Parmesan cheese.

Fry the mushrooms and onions together in oil until cooked. If you use white mushrooms, be sure to boil them before frying. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the other products.

Season with mayonnaise if desired, or you can use low-calorie sour cream.

Stir and transfer the salad to the bowl in which you will serve it.

Wash 1 cucumber or a few gherkins. Cut into thin strips lengthwise. Arrange them on the surface as shown in the next photo, lightly pressing the slices into the salad to make them stable.
