Learn how to cook "Salad of peppers and corn in tomato sauce with garlic". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
300 - 400 g peppers (maybe frozen)
1 box of corn (about 270 g grains)
about 400 g of tomato juice
1 onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp Sol
4 - 6 tablespoons parsley
5 cloves garlic
spices to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation:
Cut the onion, put it in a fireproof dish with oil and place in the oven in "baking" mode to fry. Cut the peppers into semicircles, add to the onion, cover with a lid and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Then pour the tomato juice, put the sugar and salt, leave for another 10 minutes in the oven. It's time for the corn and another 10 minutes of stewing. Turn off the oven, add the chopped parsley and garlic, you can also add black pepper. Close the container with a lid and let the aromas and flavors absorb.
The dish is served cold and belongs to the group of cold salads. You can also offer as a side dish to a main course.
