Required products :
300 grams of sauerkraut
1 sweet yellow pepper
1 apple
3 tablespoons oil
3 large potatoes
salt and pepper
3 strips of bacon
1 large onion
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes and peel them when they have cooled enough. Cut into medium-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
Cut the bacon into small pieces, fry for 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the chopped onion. Five minutes later, pour the mixture into the pot with the potatoes, stir and close with a lid.
Peel the apple and pepper, cut into small cubes. Drain the cabbage from the brine and chop finely.
Add these products to the rest, season with salt and pepper and pour the salad with a combination of the remaining oil and 1 tablespoon of cabbage juice.
Stir and serve.
