Method of preparation :
Dry the washed vegetables, including the leafy ones.
Bake the peppers in the oven (it takes about 20 minutes at 180 degrees), peel them and cut into strips.
Make thin circles from the zucchini and mix with the chopped arugula. Add the roasted peppers, season with salt and ground black pepper, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir in the salad.
Make balls of cheese, which you mash together with the curd. Roll them in green spices and place in a bowl over the vegetables
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
