How To Cook Salad With Arugula And Roasted Red Peppers - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 large onion, cut into thin crescents
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • 750 grams of chicken leg steak
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 60 grams of arugula

 

Preparation:

Cut the peppers lengthwise and roast them on the top rack with the skin facing up for about 5-10 minutes until the skin is toasted. Put them in a bowl and put a lid on top, let them simmer to peel them more easily.

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Put onion, raisins, lemon, and chicken. in a pan, add the spices and cook until the meat is ready.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it cool, then chop it.

Squeeze the lemon in the pan and pour 3 tablespoons of hot water into it, rub all the sticky particles from the meat and vegetables from the bottom. Then mix the milk in the pan. Use the resulting sauce for serving.

Peel the peppers and cut them. Put the arugula on a plate, add the meat and peppers. Serve with vegetable milk sauce.
