How To Cook Salad With Avocado, Grapefruit And Pomegranate - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/3 tea cup of orange juice
  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 soft avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 4 large grapefruits, cut and peeled
  • 2 red oranges, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/3 tea cup pomegranate
  • 1/3 tea cup crushed feta

Method of preparation :

Prepare the dressing by mixing the first 8 products. Use a jar and shake vigorously.

Put the slices of avocado, grapefruit and orange in a serving dish, sprinkle with onion and pomegranate, top with dressing. Finish with cheese. Cover with foil and cool for 1 hour before serving.
