How To Cook Salad With Broccoli, Kale, Fried Garlic And Mayonnaise Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon wholemeal mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 broccoli
  • 100 grams of kale
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 pinch of hot pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and set aside.

Boil the eggs to the desired hardness of the yolk.

Cut the avocado into slices.

Cut the garlic into thin slices, season with black pepper and fry in very hot olive oil until crispy. Transfer to paper.

Put the butter in the same pan and add the finely chopped broccoli and kale. Fry them for a few minutes until they start to soften.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the eggs and cut them.

Serve the salad with the vegetables, eggs and mayonnaise sauce on top. Sprinkle with garlic chips and season with hot pepper.
