Salad with chicken and pasta is suitable for eating at home, for work or for school. Adding protein, like grilled chicken, makes a delicious and filling lunch. Add green leafy vegetables, such as baby spinach or arugula, or whatever you prefer. Season with fragrant basil dressing before serving. It only takes 20 minutes to prepare a salad with chicken and pasta. With it you will have a healthy lunch for the whole family.

Required products :

  • 150-200 grams of baby spinach
  • 450 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 400 grams of chicken breast, boiled or grilled and sliced
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup basil dressing

Method of preparation :

Boil in a large saucepan of water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water, then drain again and set aside.

Prepare 4 storage boxes. Distribute evenly in each spinach, add 1 cup of cooked pasta, 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, 100 grams of chicken and 1/4 mozzarella.

Season with basil dressing or put in a small container with a lid. Close the boxes and store in the refrigerator.

You already have lunch ready for the whole family.

The salad can last in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, but it is best to eat it fresh and within the day you prepared it.

Sprinkle the dish with the basil dressing just before eating.
