Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Grease a large pan with a little olive oil.
Mix red pepper, breadcrumbs, nuts, 1 teaspoon salt and half a tablespoon black pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
Put the flour in a third bowl.
Add salt to the chicken fillets and roll them in flour, then dip them in the egg whites and finally cover with the breadcrumbs.
Arrange them in the pan and bake for 20 minutes until they become crispy, and after the 10th minute it is good to turn the fillets. Cut the meat.
In the meantime, turn on the grill. Coat the cut side of the lettuce with olive oil and put on the same side of the grill for about 3 minutes. Cut it.
Brush the onion with olive oil and fry it for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Then grill the corn, then cut the grains from the cob.
Beat the buttermilk with the mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes, mix them with the lettuce, pour 1/4 cup of the dressing. Top with onions, corn, chicken, bacon, croutons and avocado slices. Serve with the rest of the dressing.
