Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 200 grams of boiled and flavored chicken breast
  • 1-2 diced tomatoes
  • 30 grams of raw peeled almonds or other nuts
  • a few sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
  • olive oil and lemon juice to taste
  • left
  • 1-2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the butter with the crushed garlic, stir and spread the slices with the mixture. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake the slices for 5-10 minutes. Cool and cut them into cubes.

In a bowl, chop the salad, add diced chicken, tomatoes, nuts and fresh parsley. Season with lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Garnish with the prepared garlic croutons and serve. Optionally, accompany the salad with a sauce of your choice.
