Method of preparation:
Boil the couscous and drain it. Put it in a bowl and add chopped onion, pepper, basil, olives, pickles and season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
Stir and place the mixture in a bowl. Cool for an hour and turn the salad over with a plate. Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and halved mini mozzarella.
Optionally add fresh basil leaves. Serve the salad and enjoy its taste.
