Method of preparation :
Mix all the spices to flavor the chicken in a bowl. Roll the meat well in them and fry the fillets until done (for a few minutes until browned). Transfer them to a plate and squeeze a lemon on top. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then cut into slices.
Pour hot water over the couscous and cover with a lid for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid (this is provided that you use Arabic couscous, otherwise follow the instructions on the package and boil).
Prepare tzatziki sauce by combining all the products.
Divide the couscous into 4 bowls. Top with 1/2 of the chicken fillet, tzatziki sauce, broccoli (raw or stewed of your choice), onion, cucumber, tomato, olives. Sprinkle with parsley and shred cheese. Serve immediately.
