How To Cook Salad With Cream Of Goat Cheese, Beets And Figs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salad with cream of goat cheese, beets and figs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 75 grams of goat cheese
  • 100 grams of yogurt
  • 3 figs cut in half
  • 6-7 roasted small heads of red beets (cut or grated)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
  • 125 grams of baby spinach

for the dressing:

  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon wholemeal mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the milk and goat cheese, stir to combine. Cover and cool.

To prepare the dressing for serving, mix the mustard, vinegar and honey. Season to taste.

Put the vegetables in a plate and the figs on top.

Make a few piles of milk cream and pour over the dressing.
