Required products :

  • 250 grams of farfale
  • 4 - 5 tomatoes
  • 200 grams of canned tuna
  • 100 grams of olives
  • 125 grams of mozzarella
  • a few basil leaves
  • olive oil, salt and oregano to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour 2.5 liters of water into a saucepan, put a spoonful of coarse sea salt, place the dish on the stove and when the water boils, add the ribbons.
