If you like rich salads, which are ideal as a substitute for the main meal, then you will definitely like this option. Beans, broccoli and fresh cheese are included in the salad.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cans of 400 grams of beans
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 220 grams of fresh cheese
  • 1/3 tea cup pecorino cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • lemon

Method of preparation :

Heat a pan over high heat, putting it dry for about 4-5 minutes on the stove. When heated, mix the broccoli with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Put half of them in the pan and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side to keep them crispy. Transfer to a bowl and prepare the rest in the same way. Salt them.

Wipe the pan and add the remaining olive oil. Add the beans and fry for 6-10 minutes until browned. Add the hot pepper, garlic and after they release their aroma, transfer to the broccoli. Stir gently and salt to taste.

Transfer to a large serving dish. Coarsely crush the fresh cheese in the center of the plate, sprinkle with grated pecorino and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with lemon slices.
