Required products :

  • 220 grams of green beans, peeled and halved
  • 4 large eggs (size L)
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • core of 2 lettuce
  • 220 grams of canned tuna fillets
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped olives

Method of preparation :

Bring water to a boil and add a tablespoon of salt. Blanch the beans for 1 minute, then transfer them to cold water using a slotted spoon, wait 2-3 minutes, transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper and dry.

Return the water to the hob and bring to the boil again. Boil the eggs for about 9 minutes. Transfer them to cold water and leave to cool, then peel and cut into quarters.

Combine olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Cut or chop the lettuce and put it in the bowl with the dressing. Stir and divide into 4 bowls.

In each put the fish, tomatoes, green beans, eggs and olives.

Serve as soon as possible.
