Boil the pasta until done and strain it.
During this time, heat the corn in the microwave without cleaning it from the leaves for 7 minutes. Clean the leaves and smear the cobs with olive oil.
Bake them on a grill pan or grill until they start to turn black in some places - for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Separate the corn kernels from the cob with a knife .
In a food processor with an S-shaped knife, prepare the dressing - put the coriander, honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, spices and blend until smooth.
