Necessary products

  • 100 grams of quinoa
  • 1 mango
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • half a lemon

 

Method of preparation

Boil the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Peel a mango and cut it into small cubes. Chop the green onion stalks.

Pour the quinoa, onion and mango in a large bowl. Add spices and olive oil. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top. Mix all ingredients well.
