How To Cook Salad With Red Cabbage, Apples, Walnuts And Blue Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of red cabbage
  • 2 red apples
  • 6 finely chopped dates
  • 1/2 stalk fresh onion
  • 5-6 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup crushed blue cheese
  • salt, pepper to taste

 

for dressing

 

  • 20 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red balsamic vinegar
  • 10 grams of mustard
  • 15 grams of honey
  • left

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the cabbage and put it in a bowl. Add the dates, chopped fresh onions, mint, walnuts and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and garnish with quartered apples and ground walnuts. Combine the dressing products, mix until smooth and season the salad with the resulting sauce. Serve and enjoy its fresh taste.
