Make a salad of fried rice, spicy harissa paste and lots of vegetables. This salad is a great choice for lunch during the work week, as you get a full portion to get full. And the tastes are very different and unusually combined, so you will diversify your menu, which is uniform for people who are more busy everyday.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, hung in a dry pan
  • 2 teaspoons harissa paste
  • 1 lemon - the juice and grated rind
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 200 grams of brown rice, cooked
  • 130 grams of halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 100 grams of fresh peas, cut lengthwise
  • 150 grams of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 handfuls of garden salad

Method of preparation :

Mix the coriander with the harissa paste, lemon juice and peel, honey and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Fry the rice for 10 minutes in a little fat, be sure to stir from time to time to bake the grains evenly. Add the harissa sauce and fry for a few more minutes to flavor the rice. Transfer to a plate.

In a pan, fry the halloumi cheese for 1 minute on each side.

Drizzle green peas, tomatoes and lettuce with a little olive oil.

Serve the salad, mixing all the products, and place the cheese on top.
