Necessary products

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into roses
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Put the broccoli in a bowl and sprinkle with a little olive oil. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool at room temperature.

Take a small bowl and mix in the lemon juice, garlic and 1 teaspoon of lemon peel. Slowly pour the remaining olive oil and stir all the time. A thick dressing should be obtained. Add to it a little salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the broccoli and stir. You can serve the finished salad with lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
