Cut and place the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers and corn in a bowl. Heat a dry pan and roast the shrimp on both sides.
Set aside and prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil with vinegar and add finely chopped thyme, oregano, lemon balm and parsley.
Stir, add the shrimp, salt and pepper. Cool and serve the salad, garnished with the resulting herbal dressing.
