Method of preparation :
Carefully mix the salmon cubes, avocado, onion, green onion, coriander, caviar, tamari sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha sauce in a large bowl.
In another large bowl, mix the cooked brown rice with the arugula. Season with a dressing of rice vinegar, olive oil and mustard and mix well. Pour the tuna mixture into the bowl with the rice, stir and serve.
