How To Cook Salad With Spinach, Tuna And Tahini Dressing - Recipe

This tuna salad and tahini dressing, served on baby spinach and orange slices, is the perfect quick and easy salad to prepare for dinner or lunch.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 canned tuna, drained
  • 4 kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and cut into pieces

Method of preparation :

Mix the tahini with the lemon juice and water. Mix the tuna with the tahini dressing, kalamata olives, feta cheese and
parsley and stir. Serve the tuna salad in a bowl with baby spinach and slices of orange.

Tips : You can prepare this salad replacing baby spinach with arugula, lettuce or other salad or mix vegetables of your choice. Make a dressing of mustard, honey and mayonnaise instead of tahini or replace canned tuna with turkey fillet, chicken pieces or boiled eggs. Use your imagination to prepare a delicious and nutritious salad to your liking.
