How To Cook Salad With Two Types Of Beans, Chickpeas And Rosemary - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup white beans, chickpeas and red beans (canned, strained)
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped celery stalks (celery)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, coriander and rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil and apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Mix the legumes in a bowl and mix them, season with salt and pepper. Add the celery. In a suitable bowl, mix olive oil and vinegar, season with spices and pour the resulting dressing over the salad.

Eat chilled.
