Forget about harmful and expensive hamburgers from fast food chains. Instead, make these burgers with salmon, mayonnaise and dill at home.

The ingredients are for 4 burgers , and the preparation will take you only 20 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 450 grams of salmon fillet
  • 1/3  tea cup breadcrumbs
  • 2  green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4  teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 wholemeal hamburger cakes (maybe toasted)

 

Method of preparation

Mix the mayonnaise in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of dill.

Put the salmon, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and the rest of the dill in the bowl of the food processor. Grind well until the salmon is minced. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and shape them into burgers.

Grill the burgers or fry them in a pan. Put them in the bread and put on top of the mixture of mayonnaise and dill. You can put lettuce, cabbage or tomatoes in the burgers. Experiment and have a good appetite!
