Necessary products:


8 fillets fresh salmon
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 slice stale bread
100 grams ground almonds
80 milliliters white wine
1 tablespoon milk
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste a
few slices of lemon

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and season the fish with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover a pan with a sheet of non-stick paper, put the salmon and bake it until golden. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onions and garlic in hot olive oil.

Soak the bread in the milk, add the wine and pour the products into the mixture. Sprinkle with ground almonds, season with salt and pepper and stir. Cool and mash the sauce to a smooth consistency, serve the baked fish, garnished with it and a few slices of lemon.
