How To Cook Salmon In Tomato Sauce With Carrots And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

1.2 kg salmon
2 onions
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1-2 sweet peppers (cleaned of seeds)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
salt and spices of your choice and to taste
oil for frying
flour

Preparation :
Clean the fish from the bones, cut it into portions of your choice.

 
Cut onions into semicircles and grate carrots.

 
Roll the salmon in flour, then fry lightly in hot oil.

 
At the bottom of a thick-bottomed saucepan put a layer of onions, a row of carrots on top.

 
It's time for the fish, place it on the vegetables and lightly fry.

 

Cover again first with a row of onions, then add the carrots. 

 

Make the sauce.
Peel the tomatoes, add salt, other spices of your choice, peppers and tomato paste.

 

Grind everything with a blender and pour into the pan in which you fried the fish. When the sauce boils, remove from the heat and pour over the salmon. Cover with a lid, put on high heat to boil, and reduce the temperature to a minimum.

 

Let the dish simmer for 2 hours.
