Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of salmon
  • 500 grams of sea salt
  • pepper
  • 300 grams of cauliflower
  • 100 milliliters of liquid cream without sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 grams of chopped fresh spices (dill, parsley, green onions, coriander)
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Shape the salmon into a shape of your choice, put it in a bowl and cover with salt for 5-6 hours. Rinse, dry and season with black pepper. Boil the cauliflower, put it in a blender and pour the cream.

Add pepper, salt and beat until creamy. Fill a kitchen bag with the mixture and cool.

Put the finely chopped green spices in a bowl, season the salmon with olive oil and roll it in them. In a bowl, squirt the cauliflower cream, add the fish, garnish and serve.
