How To Cook Salmon Rolls With Goat Cheese And Oranges - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of smoked salmon pieces
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/2 bunch of basil
  • 150 grams of goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • lettuce leaves


Method of preparation :

Wash the oranges, grate the peel, squeeze their juice. Chop the capers and basil.

Add half of the basil and 1 tablespoon of citrus peel, capers and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice to the goat cheese, season.

Arrange the pieces of smoked salmon on stretch foil and spread the filling evenly on them. Roll up the rolls together with the foil and put them in the fridge for an hour.

Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing the remaining citrus juice and basil peel. Add vinegar, mustard and olive oil, salt and pepper.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate / tray, on them - the fish rolls, which you sprinkle with the sauce.

Decorate to your liking and enjoy!
