Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 700 grams of skinless salmon fillet, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 3 lemons, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12-16 bamboo skewers soaked in water for 1 hour

Method of preparation :

 

  • Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the oregano, sesame seeds, cumin and salt. Stir and set aside.
  • Prick the salmon pieces and lemon slices with two skewers, starting and ending with fish.
  • Spread them with olive oil on all sides and sprinkle with the spice mix.
  • Bake the salmon skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning them periodically.
  • Serve them warm, garnished with your choice.
