Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 salmon fillets (130-150 grams each) without skin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

Method of preparation :

Heat the butter in a pan, and after it melts, put the salmon fillets (previously seasoned with salt and pepper) and fry for 8-10 minutes.

Reduce heat and add balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, mustard and cook for a minute or two until the liquid is reduced and thickened. Remove the salmon from the heat and serve, garnishing each serving with green onions.
