How To Cook Salmon With Mashed Potatoes, Cream Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salmon with mashed potatoes, cream cheese and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 salmon fillets / 200 grams each /
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 180 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 leek, only the white part, finely chopped
  • 1 kg of boiled potatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • spinach leaves / or parsley /

Method of preparation :

  • Stew leeks in olive oil for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and after about a minute remove the pan from the heat.
  • Transfer the leeks and garlic to a blender and add the boiled potatoes, cream cheese and milk. Mash until smooth.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and roast them in a pan greased with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve them on a canapé of puree, garnished with spinach or parsley leaves.
