Required products :

350 grams of salmon (fillet)
200 grams of spinach
1 lemon
250 grams of puff pastry
25 grams of butter
salt, ground black pepper, other spices and herbs to taste and choice

Method of preparation :

Thoroughly clean the fish from the bones and cut into two parts. Rub their surface with salt, pepper, other spices and herbs. Drizzle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and fry the spinach in it. Add a little salt.
Thaw the dough and cut it in half. Roll out one part a little so that the fish can gather on it. Bake the layer in the oven until golden at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the remaining dough thinly and cut into strips about 1.5 - 2 cm wide.

Put one piece of marinated fillet on the baked dough base. Spread the spinach on top, followed by the second piece of fish.

On its surface "knit a net" of strips of dough, pressing their ends to the base. The bonding areas can be pre-moistened with water.

Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
