Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 600 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of butter

  • 1 egg yolk

For the glaze:

  • 2 proteins
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp flour
  • left

Method of preparation:

Mix the flour with the butter, add the yeast, yolk, milk and knead the dough. Leave it for half an hour. Then make rolls of it, cut them into pieces and shape the pickles of your choice. Arrange in a pan and spread with the glaze prepared from the above ingredients. Bake until done.
