Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5-6 teaspoons of flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 9 grams of dry yeast

 

for garnish

 

  • butter or margarine for spreading
  • 100 grams of finely chopped yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of finely chopped bacon
  • 3-4 finely chopped lettuce leaves
  • fine slices of tomato and cucumber
  • spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, eggs, butter, sugar, salt and milk. Make a dough, leave it to rise and divide it into parts.

Roll out and cut into round shapes using rings. Using a small cup, remove the middle of each.

Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment paper, arrange the donuts, cover with a towel for 30 minutes and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until done.

While still warm, cut, grease with butter and garnish with yellow cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and spices of your choice. Serve and enjoy.
