How To Cook Salted Cheese Dough With Olives And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

1 egg yolk
50 grams of yellow cheese
125 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon sweet red pepper
15 green olives (you can use those with a filling of your choice)
3 tablespoons sesame
salt and sugar to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the butter into small cubes and mix with the grated yellow cheese.


Add red pepper, salt and sugar to taste.


Then pour the sifted flour with baking powder.


Knead the dough, shape it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.


When you take it out, roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut circles with a diameter of 5 cm using a cup or other suitable round shape.


In the middle of each put half an olive with the cut inside and put in the dough, pressing it.
Arrange the shaped baskets in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with a greased sheet of parchment.

 

Spread with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
