Required products :

  • 12 slices wholemeal toaster bread
  • 1 can of salmon (from 400 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon of chives and dill
  • 4 eggs - broken
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation :

Grease a muffin tin with 12 cups of olive oil.

Roll out the slices thinly and cut them with a ring with a diameter of 10 cm.

Squeeze the slices into muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, until the bread is lightly baked. Remove the baskets on a wire rack to cool - be sure to follow this step so that the baskets do not soften.

Once cooled, return them to the form.

Mix the salmon with the spices and distribute the filling between the 12 baskets. Carefully pour the beaten eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the filling is baked. Serve warm or at room temperature.
