3 eggs

10-12 feathers green onion
2-3 cloves garlic

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, the old onion into small pieces and fry them together in oil for 8-9 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Meanwhile, boil the eggs.

Arrange a thick layer of biscuits in a suitable flat dish and spread with mayonnaise. Spread the mashed fish on it with a fork, sprinkle with chopped green onions and put some mayonnaise again.

Next is a second row of biscuits, mayonnaise, a layer of 2 grated eggs and mayonnaise again.

Continue with a third layer of biscuits, mayonnaise, mushrooms and mayonnaise again.
