Necessary products:

 

  • 1 piece of raw chopped sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cooking cream
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • 30 grams of soft butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan and boil the sausage. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the salt, add the cream, flour and yeast. Stir until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour half of the mixture into a well-oiled oblong form and put the sausage.

 

Cover with the remaining dough and bake the brioche for 40 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
